By downloading or using Handwriting to Text AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Questions: dev.nomantariq@gmail.com.

1. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app, or use it to build a competing recognition service.

2. Your content

The pages you scan and the text they produce remain yours. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to process an image and return its text — nothing more. You are responsible for having the right to scan the material you upload, including anyone else's handwriting, confidential documents, or copyrighted pages.

3. Free plan and subscriptions

The free plan includes 2 scans per day. Pro removes that limit and unlocks translation, export and sharing. Current prices:

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple or Google account and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings — not in the app. Prices are in USD and may vary by region and local tax. Refunds are handled under the policy of the store you purchased from.

4. Accuracy

Handwriting recognition and translation are automated and imperfect. Results depend on lighting, handwriting style and image quality. Always check the output against the original before relying on it — especially for medical, legal, academic or financial material. The app is provided as a convenience, not as a certified transcription service.

5. Acceptable use

• ·Do not scan material you have no right to process.
• ·Do not use the app for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing purposes.
• ·Do not attempt to overload, probe, or automate access to the recognition service.
• ·Do not circumvent the free-plan limits or the subscription checks.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and may change these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or loss arising from reliance on inaccurate recognition output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law.

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
